Sanctuary Belize Announces the Large Scale Expansion of Marina

LOS ANGELES, Oct. 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Sanctuary Belize is excited to announce they have just expanded the Marina. Adding a 30-foot wide channel connecting the breathtaking Marina to the Sapodilla Lagoon. With a soon to follow second expansion increasing it to 60 feet in width. You can now navigate a boat from the Marina along the Phase One Waterfront lots out to the sea. With the infrastructure to the Marina Island and Waterway village completed the world class Sanctuary Belize development is in full swing.
In addition to these improvements the Sanctuary Belize Garden has begun, where organic vegetables and fruit orchard will be another amenity for residents to enjoy. This master planned development is truly changing the face of Belize Real Estate.
A Sanctuary Belize spokes person said, "We are very proud of our Marina expansion allowing our residents improved access to all water activities. Who wouldn't love a local garden where you can stop by and pick a papaya to add to your breakfast or ripe vegetables for your dinner salad?"
Belize Real Estate is on the rise. With many positive factors such as English being the national language, a friendly tax situation, and Qualified Retirement Program, Belize Real Estate has become the hottest place in Central American to invest in property.

  1. How is this eco-friendly? Just calling it that doesn't make it so. It sounds like this project is really messing with ecosystems and waterways. Have they also dredged the mangroves? Just wondering. I see a lot about this project online but nothing describing exactly how it's really "eco-friendly". From what I have SEEN from the photos, it looks like it has possibly destroyed delicate ecosystems already.
